Alan Harry is a multi talented singer, musician, guitarist specializing in 50`s and 60`s rock and roll. Better known for being the lead singer and lead guitarist of top cabaret band Apacheshowband and leading 50`s and 60`s trio Switched on, Alan is internationally known and recognized as one of Kents finest guitarists. His closeness to the haunting sounds of Mr Hank Marvin and the Shadows is truly breathtaking. From Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee, Eddie Cochran, and Johnny Cash, through to The Searchers, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Frankie Valli, and of course The Shadows, a night of pure nostalgia and satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed, and his renditions of Cavatina, Sleepwalk, Geronimo, and Apache are simply second to none. Alan is fully self contained, carries his own liability insurance, and also runs two custom built sound and lighting systems, big enough, or small enough to suit any sized venue. With over 30 years experience he has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry. The Searchers, Marmalade, The Ivy League, Jerry and the Pacemakers, Tommy Bruce, Showaddywaddy,The Electric Beatles, and many more.
